1. Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing and using LearnningTree's language learning services, including online courses, live classes, and recordings, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Registration and Account:
a. In order to access our language learning services, you may be required to create a user account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account details up to date.
b. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and any activities that occur under your account. LearnningTree is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
3. Course Enrollment and Payments: a. LearnningTree offers online language learning courses, which may include live classes and recorded lessons.
b. By enrolling in a course, you agree to pay the specified fees associated with that course. Payment details and methods will be provided during the enrollment process.
c. All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
4. Intellectual Property:
a. All course materials, including but not limited to videos, audio, texts, graphics, and software, provided by LearnningTree are protected by intellectual property laws and are for personal use only.
b. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from any course materials without prior written consent from LearnningTree.
5. Code of Conduct:
a. You are expected to adhere to a respectful and professional code of conduct during all interactions within the LearnningTree platform, including live classes, discussion forums, and chat features.
b. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior towards instructors or fellow learners will not be tolerated, and LearnningTree reserves the right to take necessary actions, including suspension or termination of your account.
6. Limitation of Liability:
a. LearnningTree strives to provide accurate and reliable language learning services; however, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the course content.
b. LearnningTree shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our services.
7. Modifications and Termination:
a. LearnningTree reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the language learning services, including courses, live classes, and recordings, at any time without prior notice.
b. LearnningTree also reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
